Let’s be honest: there are hundreds of other user feedback and NPS solutions on the market. But when I first met Simon, Michael and Samuel, the cofounders of Screeb, I’ve been really amazed by their vision:
1- We must radically change the respondent experience, because no one is answering to online surveys or filling online forms anymore. Still, SaaS and mobile app companies have questions for their users and need to get responses to be able to improve their product and experience.
The conversational approach of the Screeb’s team on this has been really efficient with response rate between 50 and 60% in average!
2- Everybody does collect their NPS, but at the end most teams don’t really know if their score is good or not and how to act on it. Real feedback value is elsewhere in other types of questions you’ll ask at key moments of the user experience, to stay in context and get actionable insights.

We use Screeb at Semana and it works great, easy to setup and much better UX than the others solutions we tested.
I find a dedicated product for NPS and surveys works much better than the solutions usually available in CRM or customer success packages.

Well designed and easy to integrate! We use it to collect user feedback directly in-app, at key moments of their workflow. It helps to get in-context information, so we can better understand it and act on it. Very good response rates too! Go Screeb!

The ability to measure in app consumer sentiment is often limited to App Store reviews, however considering possibilities of how Screeb’s solution will allow for the measurement of micro experiences is really exciting! Thinking through Gaming possibilities i.e. measuring how players feel about value of in game purchases, quality of levels and characters themselves will take live ops to a whole new level.
I think it is the right approach to NPS... I will recommend it for sure to some SaaS strartups I know...
