Leanbe - an advanced platform covering 3 major steps in the product development loop: it helps collect user feedback & feature requests, analyzes them to generate a smart, data-driven roadmap & gives space for interacting with users.
Hello Hunters!
My name is Boris, I'm the COO and Co-Founder of Leanbe. And I'm very excited to present Leanbe at PH.
๐ค ๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐
My team and I were working on several different projects and developing products, and as the process goes, releasing updates, bug fixes, improvements. And most of the time we were analyzing the product performance and defining feature needs ourselves.
And it once happened so that we put massive energy and a lot of efforts to build a feature we thought our users badly needed, but it turned out they didn't. And it was really sad.
And periodically we were coming across a situation when we were not really sure what to do next.
Of course, we learned how to analyze feature requests, ran surveys, interact with users, and interviewed them, but the question was still there in the air: how to measure the effectiveness, the impact, and the importance of future action.
Along the way, we tried different measurement techniques, roadmap creation tools.
And at one point we understood that we, as maybe many product and project managers in this sphere, simply need a platform that would have it all there: collect the feedback and feature requests, help analyze the data and generate a roadmap of future actions.
So we decided to create that platform ourselves for us and everyone else who can potentially benefit from it.
That's how Leanbe was born.
โ๐ฆ๐ผ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ผ?
Leanbe is designed to cover all ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ processes in accordance with the Lean cycle methodology which preaches to learn, build, measure, and repeat.
Leanbe offers advanced features of user feedback collection through idea boards and feature requests widgets. These features help learn about what users think, how they feel, and what they expect.
The upvoting system helps organize feature requests, but the collected data is further comprehensively analyzed to help generate a data-driven smart roadmap that identifies priorities and finalizes the analysis process.

We're in the process of integrating AI into the data analysis process. AI component will compare, match and study a list of factors, including both technical and behavioral ones to build your productโs roadmap effectively.
After each feature is built, the cycle is rounded up with integrated features that allow keeping users in the know through releasing announcements, posting notifications, and interacting with users. And that's where you go through the cycle again.
๐ก๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐จ ๐ฐ๐ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐ข๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ?
First and foremost, we were the ones who needed such a platform and that's exactly why we became the first ones to integrate, test, and measure the efficiency of our products.
I can proudly say, my team and I have put so much effort to make it work and now we're enjoying the fruits.
๐ Only today on PH, you'll have an exceptional opportunity to join our community and get full access to Leanbe's features and test it out yourself at a discounted price!
Special thanks to our hunter @chrismessina for hunting Leanbe.
I got the lifetime deal, and really tried the product out. There were some big bugs and I can't get any customer support to respond anymore. It seems like the product is abandoned.
The list of a few big issues:
1. Subdomains don't work. Even with proper CNAME setup. The team went to check, but more than a week has elapsed and there is still no response or solution.
2. Even if you adjust a changelog date/time, the order still shows the items created descending, rather than by date.
3. There's no rhyme or reason to how the feature requests are ordered
I wish this was good, but ?makers I don't see anybody responding or helping.
@art_chang Hi Arthur, thank you for your message. Kindly asing o check your email, I personally emailed you 2 times and even wrote you on Twitter regarding your issues. I am here to assist you and solve your issues.
No worries, we will solve the problem!
You can contact me via our live chat or at karen@leanbe.ai
@leanbe@karen_vartanian Hi Karen, you sure did and we've been talking, but it took a long time to get any response (over a week, even as a paying customer). If you look at the timestamp, I wrote this 2 months ago in an attempt to get any help after many days of no replies anywhere. And now, 7 hours ago you respond to a post that was made 2 months ago.
@leanbe@art_chang I am not that active on PH, this is the reasoin and as I said, we tried to reach you in a different channels but got no response.
I am still open to solve your issue, no problem.
Let me know if there is anything I can help you with
@leanbe@karen_vartanian LOL, I know. We talked elsewhere, but ultimately the responses took over a week and we lost confidence in the product. We already talked with you and cancelled our account.
I like the fact that you didnโt just build the major feature of the product but made it be universal at its core - covering the whole cycle, even though probably one of the features is the biggest among all, isnโt it?
I 100% recommend Leanbe. We've directly worked with the team of Leanbe and we've only had good things to talk about them!
Glad to see them as #1 on PH! ๐ฅณ
I have been looking for a while now to find the best tool to collect User feedback and feature requests and Leanbe has by far the best price-performance ratio!
Awesome product, keep going โค๏ธ
Looks interesting, I'll definitely try it, but I was surprised to see facebook signup integration. Google seems more natural for me in business apps, as I have second account for trials and such, and main account for personal stuff. Am I missing something? ;p
@slawomir_pawlak We are planning to add a Google sign up in the future, but you can request a feature on our board and if we get enough upvotes and support, we can do it sooner.
Thank you
I've been a part of this project since the beginning, since the idea stage, we've all put so much effort to make things happen!
It's such a great feeling to launch it on Product Hunt today! Everyone in the team has done their best to achieve this. I'm very proud and excited to have been a part of Leanbe <3
Leanbe as a concept has been very close to my heart since the beginning: we raised it as a child, we made it, fixed it, improved it and now we're letting it out to live in the tech world as an important, independent solution that's gonna help many product managers and product owners and solve the issues we've always come across to. Nice to see it work!
I'm suprexcited to be a part of this team and this project. It's actually the first time I'm a maker here! Feels strange, exciting and awesome!
I'm very proud to have my contribution to this amazing project. Good luck to all of us <3
And I moved from software development to product management so that robots will not take my job. I guess I was mistaken.
GJ on creation, it should make life easier for PdM and Founders
@konrad_bujak Leanbe will give you insights, and other job will be done from your side. It will help you gather feature requests from different sources, share that requests with others so they also can upvote, comment and make suggestions and then you should make decision which feature you need to implement first to make your customers happy, or to double your revenue etc.
Finally launching Leanbe as an independent product, a website was an extremely satisfying experience after that much work and effort. While launching Leanbe on Product Hunt and sharing it with the tech world specifically seems even more exciting because this is where products get really noticed and objectively judged. Being on PH is an important event for us also to get real reviews and feedback and see how the world perceives what we have come up with.
@alexandracote we should ask for it
@rrhoover, maybe he would love to get requests through Leanbe :)
And thank you for your feedback, Alexandra, let me know if you have any questions, ready to help you to setup the tool.
@alexandracote Hi Alexandra! Thank you so much for the support!
we became the Product of the Day and the Product of the Week, and right now we're just about to become the Product of the Month! That's something like pinning this on top of PH :) So there's still a little bit left for us. Show your support! ;)
By the way, if you have any good ideas or feature requests, feel free to share them with us! Your voice will be heard! Here is the link to our idea board:

We do this completely manuallyโฆand it shows. I canโt imagine how much we would benefit from a solution like this. Some day when we get some fundingโฆsome day.
@cynthia_ahr Yes, previously with did the same, manually. That's horrible... so we decided to create the platform to automate everything. Hope you will enjoy Leanbe.
@cynthia_ahr Hi Cynthia, did you manage to get a lifetime account back then during our PH launch?
If not, we're running a Lifetime Deal again, special packages with improved functionality, on AppSumo this time. Go check it out if you're interested :)
I couldnโt agree more: itโs very, very hard to guess what the results will be after each bug fix or development. And none of the traditional methods really did the โgood predictionโ. So Iโm very happy to see Leanbe makes the effort to integrate the AI into this process. Looking forward to it.
This product sounds super interesting and really useful! As a PM, one of the biggest challenges I have is aligning planning and roadmap methodologies across my company. Is there a way to assign audience insights to the users giving feedback? i.e. allow me to segment out the requested features based on the type of user/business.
@kendra_wilkins Thank you for your feedback. Sure thing, it's on our roadmap. User segmentation is on of the upcoming features that we will implement soon.
I have to honestly say, along the way I have had concerns and worries and doubts over certain components of the product but I'm so relieved to admit that it's all a part of maturing in the process that makes it reach excellence. We've reached it. Thank you, team
