One big issue:
On smartphones I only see a *static* image. And I am not alone.
Can you kindly look into this?

Awesome! :) This is excellent timing since FB is allowing video as a cover. Every FB Page owner should take a look at it so he wont be left behind.

I did not know I needed this :) Now, wondering if it is OK to use the free videos for other things besides a Facebook cover?
I really like the product - congrats on your launch! Currently, it takes a long time to explore each video since you need to click on it and see if you like it. I'd recommend having an autoplay on hover so that you can quickly explore the videos and choose the one you want.
Really cool and useful, but FB says video is not uploadable :( Not sure if it's a FB problem or not
@geva_t It might be that you haven't received the feature yet. FB might still be in the roll out phase of the feature. You would think they would open it to 100% already. My advice is to keep checking back on your page. When you get it you'll have an "Upload Video" option from the "Change Cover" drop down.

@tovahreva @geva_t @slidely @h_halvi Hi there, Harsha, thanks for letting us know. All of the videos on this tool are longer than 20 secs, so that shouldn't be the problem. We know that Facebook is still working out some bugs with the feature because it's not completely rolled out to every country and area. I would definitely suggest getting in touch with FB support about it.
