I like it's Calendar functionality and content Sync with Social Networks. PR tries to combine Templates, Design Editor, Calendar and publishing to Social Networks all in one product is a great thing. It can save time and effort of juggling multiple tools.
However the ground reality is far from the potential this product carries. PR has great potential, however it may be not ready for every business yet.
PS: I serve B2B. I'm not a designer.
I think PR can significantly improve in below areas:
1- Primitive Editor: It's primitive editor kills PR's utility. Visme.co another young design product I use, has 50 times better editor than PR. (I've no affiliation with Visme.co)
2- Lacks useful Templates: In last 6+ months, I have not been able to find+utilize 10 templates in total. (My Plan allows 150 template downloads/month).
3- Categories: I search under Business category and all I find is Digital Marketing, SEO, and sometimes Fitness Content. Many other categories show same/similar results. I've reported this to PR couple of times to fix it. No improvements yet.
4- Rendering Messed my Design: After spending an hour editing a template, I saved it and published it - all was ok till then. The image that showed up on my social network had no text. PR team mentioned that it could be due to Ad blocker / plugins on my browser. Would you turn off Evernote, Buffer, Password Manager plugins to use PR?
5- No Feature Roadmap: PR team has not shown any inclination or interest to listen to customer feedback and improve the product accordingly. They've also confirmed that they don't have Feature Roadmap available for their customers and don't intend to create it in near future. This reduces transparency. They also miss the opportunity of collaborating with customers and learning from their feedback.
6- Don't have Google+: Yes, this may not be a priority for many. However I can't ignore G+ for the results it brings for our business.
Pros:Great potential. Calendar. Sync with Social Networks
Cons:Primitive Editor, Lacks Useful Templates, Rendering Messed up design
One of the few design tools which manages the full social media process, from suggestions, through design, up to publishing. Really like the way it helps handle social media.
Pros:all-in-one social media tool, easy design, posts's suggestions
Cons:per post pricing
