Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Cédric here from Promyze. We first launched on Product Hunt about a year ago, and have been hard work to improve the product and help thousands of developers leverage their best coding practices. We just released a new Promyze, introducing skills management, revamped onboarding experience, and integrations with Slack, Discord, MS Teams, and Mattermost. You can now highlight and manage skills within an team. Any development skill can be created and edited. They have 3 purposes : - Highlight your main domain of knowledge and the ones you want to address in the future; - Get an overview of which users and teams have the highest score in a specific domain of knowledge so that they can be identified as experts in your organization; - Benefit from a gamification system in the app to strenghten engagement and contributions from the users. Existing and new users have 10 default points to freely distribute among the organization skills, and it's possible to **create new ones**. Afterwards, every time you contribute to a practice with a positive or negative example, whether an existing or new practice, you'll earn a new point. Also, you have access to a domain skill card with the **top 20 skills** in terms of score within the radar graph, including all the members of your space. Want to try this with your team? Go to [Promyze](http://www.promyze.com)! Let us know what you think! Happy hunting, Cédric and the Promyze team
