Can you tell us more about what you've built here? What has been the most challenging aspect?
@jacqvon Hey, thanks for asking! At Proton we're building a platform to enable anyone to build mobile apps more easily and quickly. Proton MVP is our managed service to offer founders the option to have our skilled team execute and build their minimum viable product mobile apps. We are able to offer prices that are much lower and turnaround times that are much faster than contracting solutions by leveraging what we've been building at Proton.
@shakks We're not quite at the point of building you an MVP for $30, but that's the direction we're headed in. MVPs shouldn't cost much and we don't charge much. We'll soon be able to take on most projects for less than $1,000, right now the pricing is a little higher. Our focus is on helping you get from design file or idea to app stores as quickly as possible, because we know that you'll have to iterate, or maybe even pivot, at many points, so there's no use spending too much time ideating, designing, pondering, researching, thinking, researching. None of that really matters. You want to optimize for speed.
@saad_sahawneh I get it it’s not doable at 30. But the site make you feel it’s a 30 dollar MVP as your product.
@saad_sahawneh also why are you offering YC company’s offer on PH. Offering offer to PH user makes more sense. 😜 also the app in the example, it would help your message if u mention how much it costed you. U can delete that page later when ur idea have enough customers.
This maybe looks ok from inside Planet Silicon Valley... but... are you really asking people to pay $30 simply to start a conversation with you? If I’ve missed something then you REALLY need to address your UX.
