Pubchat is an extension that puts a comment section on every page on the Internet. Every URL on the Internet now has a unique comment section where you can post and read about all the comments on a particular site. Netflix.com will have a different comment section than Amazon.com, and Amazon.com is different from Amazon.com/phones.
