Congrats @hamids and pure chat team on launching on engagement hub. This is a great tool. Contact options on every page of the website help customer to ask more doubts and as a site owner, it is easy to answer more questions that increase customer satisfaction.
@keyul yeh, that's exactly it. Nothing is worse than not being able to find contact info on a website - and why shouldn't this info be on every page? It's natural after you see it. :)

@hadifarnoud@cmc09 Hadi, we haven't done anything to get rid of RTL support. It should still work. How were you doing RTL before and have you confirmed it's not working? Feel free to email us directly about that (my email hamid at purechat)
@hadifarnoud - That's amazing! Customization was a big focus for us with this update. We wanted to give our customers a lot of flexibility, especially when curating experiences across devices. With the update also came an update to our CSS stylesheets. So, RTL support can still work, but the custom CSS you were using before will need to be in the following format noq: #PureChatWidget.purechat { } Sorry for changing it up on you!
