Purple Carrot — Vegan meal kit startup

I love this and it solves a real problem (it's harder to figure out what to cook as a vegan). I just wish their costs were comparable to grocery shopping costs per plate. It would be a no brainer in that case as a consumer, but I understand the margins just wouldn't be there. Best of luck!
