On Quest, you can listen to soundbites with career advice. It's where hands-on experts answer professional questions in short audio clips. We're a community that's changing careers by sharing intimate and honest stories about work.
Hi PH π Our tiny team got together to build more meaningful professional networks. Now we've built Quest: a professional network that's more intimate, personal, and honest than any other.
Here's how it works: https://quest.audio/a/5yemEmslek
When we shipped our last app, Cooper, it quickly became clear to us how hard it is to find good professional advice. We've built Quest so you don't have to know what questions to ask or who to ask, and for experts to mentor in a way with the least possible scheduling required.
So if you're a graduate trying to kickstart a career, or you're a senior that's willing to help, Quest is for you.
Some of my favorites:
- Ilina from YouTube about partnerships and sensitivity: https://quest.audio/a/m0e1V8TaA1
- Advice for junior designers from @koenbok of Framer: https://quest.audio/a/DK79vcVeqo and @wesohaire from Dropbox: https://quest.audio/a/QWzg9OUgey
- Adam from The Independent on a story he wrote that had an impact: https://quest.audio/a/b2eRr8CoeK
We're working hard to make Quest something you tune into often and are adding features every week. For instance: You can follow people and topics soon, pick playlists with your favorites, and share your own profile as an audio resume.
I'm happy to answer any questions together with the team, both here and on Quest π§π Let us know what you think!
First impressions are absolutely brilliant. Really smooth UI that prioritises me listening to wisdom above anything else. I can't wait to get deep and start sharing some of my own little nuggets.
@robertgaal Congratulations on the launch! As the world is evolving, I feel fresh graduates are inadequately prepared to meet the industry needs. Love the fact that you've chosen the audio as a medium, allowing one to embrace knowledge passively! Keen to see Quest evolving and growing :)
@adityavsc Thanks Aditya! That's definitely a huge issue we even heard from graduates. I'm hoping we can help but with real stories that come from personal experience, not your textbook advice.
