Set up custom breakpoints for a truly responsive experience. Add interactions & animations easily. Create fully custom slideshows and forms from your own design.
Hi Product Hunters! I’m excited to share our latest Figma integration with you all!
Our goal at Quest is to empower designers and creators to build what you envision. You are no longer limited to drag-drop builders. You no longer have to abandon your favorite design tool or re-create your design in a new tool. With Quest, you can bring your Figma design as is and convert that to a live website automatically.
Some key highlights:
* Pixel-perfect to your design. Design what you dream and see it come to life. No more unnecessary chats with your developer because a button is off by 2px.
* Add user interactions, animations, forms, slideshows and launch a fully-functioning page without writing any code.
* We generate clean code based on your design. IDs, classnames, structure - all match great hand-coded methodology. Export code (HTML, CSS and JS) with assets in a clean structure that you can deploy or integrate with any system. Or use our integrated deployment engine to go live instantly. Analytics, SSL, SEO optimizations and high-performance edge-cached CDN included.
* Setup interactions once, and they magically work across breakpoints. For example, set up a form once and it works across all screens - even if the fields are positioned differently or styled differently for each screen.
* Your design alone drives your customer experience - and not some pre-canned template. For example, Quest’s slideshow module can be fully customized in your design: add Arrows and/or dots to navigate with your specific images, placement, opacity, etc. - every aspect of the experience can be fully customized in your Figma design and will be rendered perfectly in our code.
No limits, no compromises.
We invite you to check out Quest and let us know what you think.
Thank you @chrismessina for hunting us!
They say it's SEO optimized, but there are no proper headers (H1, H2, H3), no paragraphs, no buttons,.. just div-s and an occasional a-tag. Google wouldn't know what it is looking at: not SEO friendly.
All the examples are inaccessible too. Can't use Tab to go trough them.
It might be alright to use for a portfolio website, but you shouldn't use this for business websites. It'll hurt your business.
I based this on looking at their live example: https://quest-neo-us.questai.app...
@danielkoster_ux Hi Daniel - Thank you for the feedback. Yes, we are working on improving accessibility and your feedback is valid. Regarding SEO, we test our pages in Google Lighthouse and consistently see very high scores. For example, the page you linked got a score of 100 for SEO on Google Lighthouse. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@quest.ai and happy to hear more and address any concerns you may have.
@quest@npobbathi Hi Nagesh, Google Lighthouse only does an audit of what it "sees". The audit for SEO is very limited and (as Google mentions themselves) is no indicator for an actual SEO ranking.
In an live environment Google relies on HTML structure and proper element tags to know what is what and to give the page a real ranking. Since everything is basically a div, Google won't know what the page is about. Normally an H1 tells Google what the main keywords are. An H2 tells what secondary keywords are, etc.
Try tools like ScreamingFrog that will give you better insights into what SEO is really about.
So, like I said, pages built this way will rank poorly. Sorry.
@saurabh_khetan Yes, designers love it as it empowers them to do more than they could before. Developers love it too as it frees them up from a lot of tedium.
Very interesting product. Have been seeing Quest.ai grow for last 1.5 years since i first used it.
One thing that I dont like is that some of the blocks like buttons, nav bar sections dont get natively designed - they seem to be like images and doesnt allow to copy the text of the CTAs and other sections as they are images natively. So this is something that can really make Quest.ai 100% close to html css grade websites
@balaji_rao1 Thank you Balaji for the continued support. Thank you for the feedback. If you have the elements as text in your design, they will get carried over as text, so you can select and copy text. If you've had any issues with specific pages of yours, please send any additional context to support at quest.ai and we'll take a look. Thank you!
This looks great but can you please get rid of the music on the background. It's really annoying . I played with the tool and bookmarked it. Super handy
