That's a great idea. We're a small team but I feel it makes sense for us as well as we constantly forget about things we've discussed in the past. Can it always save or maybe just look at all the past history? I'm ok with suggestions that won't be perfect. I feel like it can be a great tool for details you've forgotten.

It extracts the information from a let's say a company update and makes a few Q&A drafts with the most useful information from the post. You can click to save whatever you deem important and reusable.

@vietpham This is a super good question. It really depends on the data of your company inside Notion and Zendesk. The bot is very versatile and can be instructed to: - Use specific docs & folders to browse through and generate an answer with references - Simply reference the user to the specific document when they ask in Slack

Congratulations on launch @yanatornoe. Interesting product. Curious - how do you prevent any team member from manipulating the data? Meaning, after the info is added to the KB, does it go through the approval process?

@yanatornoe @ashitvora good question Ashit. You can set permissions to which members from your team should have editor rights. Meaning who can save info and edit it. We currently do this per customer basis, and have the feature on the roadmap.

@lyudmila_popova Hi, thanks for the good question! It can be configured to work with the language of your team. You just need to ping us about it. We have clients in Danish, Bulgarian, Czech and more.

@lyudmila_popova really good question. It works with 100+ languages. You can even ask your question in Bulgarian and it will pull out the saved answer in English.

This is great!!! Slack is the tool we use as communication. Is way easier to manage the knowledge using this platfrom... Plus most unstructured knowledge comes from converstions that happen in Slack.

@nancy_autonomous Great questions! People remain in control of their content. So the AI detects that there is a useful link in a post and generates a helpful draft - kind of "Hey, I found this link to the new brand colors i this thread. Do you want to save it for later?" The person who shared the information can click save and next time someone asks this question, the bot will respond automatically with your verified answer - "Hey, this is what Jane saved about this topic 2 weeks ago..." The integrations with other tools like Notion etc. work in a way where you can say which docs you want to have the AI to look up answers from and then it will automatically check for information there, as well and relate in Slack when someone asks a question.
