Quip Inbox — A smart and useful new inbox for living documents

Love @Quip! I started using Quip personally, then I tested it with a few people on the team before we made the decision to use it as a company. We use Quip for everything from team documentation, to hiring and on-boarding, to brainstorming different pieces of work. We use it multiple times a day, everyday. Its the best and most efficient way to collaborate on written documents. LOVE IT! Thanks @btaylor, @molly_g and team for building a great product. And thanks for this update - it is a great improvement.

I love love love Quip. At Circa it seriously gave all aspects of our company super powers. For any company that's still using Google Docs or anything else for stuff like internal wikis or collaborative documentation I ask you this: what in the hell are you doing? Quip's innovation to documents is just as significant as Gmail's innovation was to email. Nice work @btaylor and team.

Cool product -- I like that its so document centric with all the communication revolving around the asset.

This is excellent. I have been using Quip since its inception for our news media website TechJuice. I can't think of any other better platform than this for our team and content collaboration.

Quip's enables teams to create what we call "living documents." Quip combines writing and chat into a single product experience, and a unique set of interactive use cases have emerged from that combination over the past couple years: team task lists, applicant tracking spreadsheets, etc. We're redesigning Quip around this concept: that creating content in Quip is fundamentally a form of communication. the best part of Quip may just be that there are no millennials writing whiny open letters or backlash to whiny open letters on it.

Our team loves Quip. We use it for decisions, collaboration, and brainstorming. The mobile app is also great. I love getting a notification when someone opens a document I have been working on. Awesome job on the update. Now I know which folder my document is stored in!

@Quip is an essential in the day-to-day work we do on Messenger and product design at Facebook. Our "Messenger Design" document tracks the schedule, notes, follow-ups, and open questions for our design critiques/reviews and makes cross-functional collaboration much easier than the e-mail or Zoho days.

We love the new inbox!
