Rake has taken messaging to another level and we are building everything with a great Ukraine team. Rake stands with Ukraine and we're proud to share our American/Ukrainian collaboration with the world. There is no option beyond Rake that offers UNIVERSAL CHANNELS and OMNICHANNEL CUSTOMER CHAT and TEAM COLLABORATION and TASK MANAGEMENT and KNOWLEDGE BASE and soon - OUTBOUND MESSAGE CAMPAIGNS, in a single workspace.

Great product! The integration with Shopify and SMS to keep in touch with our customers and manage tasks really helps us provide a great level of support to our customers. We are also able to keep in touch with our coffee bean suppliers using Universal Channels so that we don't have to use multiple messaging apps internally to manage conversations.

We have been an avid Rake user for more than 2 years. Awesome product. We run a contact center and we use it to chat internally and to take web, SMS, and Messenger messages on behalf of clients. We average something like 15,000 messages a day using Rake. Great to see it on Product Hunt.
