Employees are forced to use their personal cards and hope to get reimbursed, jumping through hoops and filing out complex forms. Low NPS, low usage, high cost = not great. Ramp Reimbursements is like superhuman for expenses. We use Ramp at Backend Capital and it's been a gamechanger for us as a small team who don't have much accounting experience. Was such a relief to finally get rid of expensify -- not sure how that app is still so slow.
