We’re excited to introduce Reach – a magically simple way for solopreneurs and small business owners to connect with their clients.
If you’re a professional marketer, building a drip campaign is a breeze. All you have to do is sign up for the marketing platform of your choice, upload your contact list, update DNS records, configure DMARC/DKIM/SPF, build out a multi-touch sequence, monitor open rates and replies, handle unsubscribes, sync everything back to your data source, and optimize each step along the way. Oh, and don’t forget to keep track of deliverability best practices of each of the major email providers.
Unfortunately, most of us aren’t professional marketers and don’t have the bandwidth to take on a new gig. What we DO have is a real need to connect with our clients in a way that fosters lasting connections with our brand.
In Reach, we tried to create a tool that anyone can use.
If you know nothing about email and SMS marketing, NO PROBLEM.
If you don’t have a CRM and all you know about your clients is contained in a Google sheet, NO PROBLEM.

@info_at_artisk Great question! There are several ways to control the way messages sound.
- You can give explicit instructions in the "Additional Instructions" section like "Use simple, informal language"
- You can use the "Sample email" field to drop in a message you've written so that the AI model can impersonate your style
- You can edit the prompts in the Prompts Playground (paid account or PH invite code :))
- You can sign up for an enterprise account and we will fine-tune a model on a set of your brand communications so that the messages reflect your brand's unique voice

I’m curious about the real-world impact: What kind of average improvements are you seeing to open and click rates compared to typical outreach tools? And how does Reach ensure higher deliverability – is it related to the personalization, or are there specific technical optimizations at play?

@po_larr Thanks Karissa! In recent years, open rates have become a less meaningful metric. Most email clients either a) explicitly block tracking pixels by default or b) automatically open emails as you scroll through your mailbox. Instead, Reach focuses on what we call "engagement rate". This is the percentage of explicit actions (whether a reply or a click) resulting from an email message. During our private beta, many clients saw significant (3x-10x) increases in response rates. Reach improves deliverability by acting like a human sender, not a bot. Each email is unique and sending is throttled and randomized. Look out for more deliverability features in our upcoming releases!

A couple of quick questions...
1. Are the emails sent from my own domain or another default address?
2. If it's my domain, can I set or randomize aliases to reduce the risk of spam flags?
3. Is it possible to run an evergreen campaign where I keep adding new rows to the spreadsheet and the sequence continues for new leads automatically?

1. The email is sent from your mailbox. Connect Reach to your Office365/GSuite/Gmail account and it will use APIs to send on your behalf
2. You can create multiple users on the My Team page (one for each mailbox)
3. A variation of this feature (ability to add users to an existing campaign) is on the roadmap and will be live within the next week or so. It wouldn't continue to look at your sheet, but you will have the ability to just highlight a new set of rows and add them to your existing campaign

@yigitagcame There is a free plan that limits the number of messages you can send per month (and includes our branding at the bottom of each message). If you want to remove the branding or get more AI credits, you'll have to sign up for a paid plan

Congrats on the launch of Reach @rminla and @shanmuga_priyan. As someone who hasn't had a good experience running email campaigns, can Reach ensure Email and SMS deliverability into the Inbox? How does it handle regulations such as DND in India for SMS and stringent guidelines o Gmail (most emails go into Junk or Promotional)? Is there a way to safeguard domain authority?

@shanmuga_priyan @varun_bhagath Thanks for the great questions Varun. Unfortunately, email providers are notoriously opaque and there is no way to guarantee deliverability.
To answer your questions:
- SMS regulations are enforced by the SMS gateway and ultimately by the carriers. We currently integrate with Twilio (more providers to come soon). When creating a Twilio brand/campaign/phone number, you will be prompted to specify the purpose of your campaign, set up opt-out parameters, etc. Reach simply taps into this functionality via API.
- Reach improves your deliverability by acting as a human sender. Each message is completely unique, helping bypass some of the heuristic filters set up by the email providers. Messages come from your mailbox. Delivery is throttled and randomized.
The upcoming release of Reach will include automated domain health evaluation and advice. Our plan is to deploy a complete suite of domain health evaluation and tooling within the next few releases, automating everything from warming to DNS configuration.

On the regulatory front, Reach is designed to adapt swiftly to changes in global compliance standards. We are actively working to expand our integration with multiple providers beyond Twilio, which will enable us to support a broader range of compliance needs tailored to different geographic markets.
We would love to know if you would want us to integrate with any SMS providers in your country.

Reach by SalesStream.ai is an incredibly user-friendly and powerful tool for creating email and SMS campaigns! I really liked how easy and quick it is to get started: no complicated settings or downloads, just select data in your spreadsheet or connect your CRM and you are ready to send personalized messages.
Ambitious? I like ambitious. the spreadsheet simplicity is super cool. upvoted for that. will be checking out the execution part on the website

@yc_j Not at this point. LinkedIn will be a big part of SalesStream.ai's multichannel product. Do you have a suggestion for how you'd like to see LinkedIn's API used?
This product looks very useful for business, and the integration with a CRM system is a huge advantage. I should recommend it to my acquaintances who actively work with email campaigns.
