@itamaryu Hi Itamar, thanks for the kind words and the question.
Sumome did a fantastic job educating the masses about quick wins and the ability to impact website results. Having said that, the tool has been built for blogs and the long, long tail of the internet. With Reactful, you have a breadth of Reactions, truly smart triggering options and a finesse that makes sure you're not using generic templates. This lets more mature companies to use an elegant solution that does not hurt their brands and can be fully relied on for business critical missions.
Moreover, there is a lot of automation behind the scenes that helps you index your site, create goals and get advice on what to launch next. Keep an eye on the automation features, there is a lot more coming in that department.
This is a very cool product and we're definitely going to give it a go.
What do you think about mobile? Are responsive websites benefiting from using Reactful? is it at all relevant? I'd guess some of the reactions are relevant and some not, right?
@yoavush Hi Yoav, thanks for the question. Yes - we support mobile web fully. You just click on device, change to mobile and continue using the tool in the exact same way. We've also created special mobile optimized Reactions for you to use.
Reactful is a real time conversion platform that helps you convert those "maybe later" visitors on your sites and landing pages (Often that later never comes). While a lot of analytic tools provide you with a lot of data, Reactful is focused on the execution part - letting you create powerful Reactions to your visitors at critical moments.
Hi Jonathan, new to Reactful, concept looks really compelling. Great work. Question: Why don't you have, say, a 2 minute real-life demo video on your sales page? I'd love to see the 'real world' version, rather than the coloured blocks/graphics in the use cases, or have to register for a demo (too corporate). Cheers, Robin.
@robinyearsley Hi Robin, Thanks for the feedback!
We're working on a video that would be very "hands on" of the product. Oh how I wish we'd already have that one...
You can also start exploring the product directly by click get started free rather than going for a corporate demo and explore for yourself :)
@elizabethhunker@optimizely@reactful@erictwillis Thanks for the kind words Elizabeth! Optimizely and other A/B testing tools are great in letting you test titles, pictures button colors BEFORE page load. Reactful is focused on everything that happens AFTER page load. We read the digital body language of the visitor after they have arrived and let you make changes in real time accordingly. Hope this helps!
@bentossell Hi Ben! This is essentially the same concept built from the ground up. Besides better design, UI and new features - it's also a "self serve" so you can get in and get started without needing to contact anyone or see a demo. You can just start working. Would love your feedback!
This is awesome. Exactly what we need for Hacking UI! A lot of times we want to feature something on the website for a short time, like an event that we're promoting, but dont want to spend all the time developing a nice animation or popup for it. This also looks perfect for helping collect more email signups to our mailing list
Looks awesome Jonathan! There is no shortage of popup tools, but this feels much more like a smart platform. Easier to trust something like this than a plug-in in terms of site speed, security, UX, etc. I expect the triggering is "smarter" too.
Looking forward to giving this a try with some of our clients at hitshop.com!
@robmcarpenter Thanks Rob! Indeed we put in a lot of engineering power to take this to the next level. Many people don't realize that low quality popups are actually a bad deal - they trade off short term gains for long term brand equity. Reactions are powerful but they need to be triggered smartly and they need to be differentiated.
I've tried it and it's spot on. The increased engagement that it generates with no need for development and minimal configuration is really valuable to any website.
Hi Everyone,
We're so, so excited to show you the brand new V2 of Reactful. This is not an update. This is a full rehaul; built from the ground up with your feedback incorporated in it. It's the same concept you liked before but just 10X better in every way possible. Moreover, we designed a whole new website to show and tell what we're doing and posted the pricing.
To recap: Reactful is a real time conversion platform that helps you convert those "maybe later" visitors on your sites and landing pages (Often that later never comes). While a lot of analytic tools provide you with a lot of data, Reactful is focused on the execution part - letting you create powerful Reactions to your visitors in the moment of truth. When you can do that on scale, the impact on your website goal is incredible.
We're looking forward to hear your thoughts and suggestions. We especially like to hear your ideas for Reactions, Triggers and Insights we could add to the system. The best ideas always come from our users.
This looks really cool. My one piece of advice is that your enterprise option seems to be grossly under charging. You know your enterprise customers better than I do, but often times they are looking for a service level agreement and are willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars per month. There's a reason almost all websites list enterprise pricing as "call us".
@garrett_dunham Thanks for the tip Garrett. We wrote "Starting at 990" because we wanted to show medium size companies that it's still affordable. Our full enterprise suits are indeed much more expensive than that. Perhaps in the future we'll remove the number at all to avoid confusion.
I like your website and I also like the examples your site throws at me, visitor source tailored message for example. These on the surface might seem simple and inconsequential, but from my experience they can open an otherwise closed door to your visitor.
@basez99 cool. I will have to try again...I wandered through trying to look indecisive and got no guidance, but maybe because I am on mobile tablet? Can't wait to try it out.
@simonstjohn Ah could be. The system is also working hard at trying to separate real behavior from everything else so it might be "getting it". Thanks and looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
@simonstjohn@basez99 I had the same experience, was on your website (desktop) and wandered and scrolled/ took a look at pricing/ sat idle but didn't see anything happening on your site
