Congrats on the launch Prafull. I'm curious, which geography is the Real Estate CRM for? I'm assuming that the process of buying/selling/renting is different in different countries?
@jgani It's not for specific geography. It's generalized CRM. It has features like Lead, Contact, Property, Meetings, Calls management and many other features.
I appreciate your suggestion and would consider adding it but we have to do some research on it. Do you suggest any resources to do so?

I worked with property managers for quite a bit and know how outdated the market software is. Interesting approach to outsource it. Do you have any specific segment in real estate you targeting?
@aleks_tiupikov Our specific segment is like we built a CRM only for Real Estate. It's not generic like others where you have to buy a subscription first and then hire developers to customize it as per your need.
For now, we have included features like property management, meetings, calls, leads, and contacts management.
We are still getting feedback from the clients and adding those features. I am open to your suggestions as well.

How did your team identify the specific pain points in real estate operations, and what key features does your CRM offer to address these challenges and enhance productivity for professionals in the field?
@cata We ran a campaign on LinkedIn and collected feedback from real estate agents and founders/owners of real estate agencies. Based on their response there were the following pain points:
1. Cost: Most people wanted to use the CRM but the cost was the biggest barrier and we have resolved it by launching it as an open source and keeping it free forever.
2. License fees: Most CRMs are charging fees per user per month/year. It was the second barrier. We have fixed this issue by removing user limits on the CRM.
Now, we are working on solving the pain points of their internal business requirement. We will also implement AI shortly.
