Thanks Raj -for making the lives of recruiters better!! Excited to invest more time in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and allowing agentic AI take care of the mundane but critical and repititive activities like sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating/collaborating. The data analytics helps us make better decisions too. PS- can we also have a back up of candidates - la RAC in the railway tickets used case -just incase we have pur last minute dropouts :)!
