@rrhoover I think that's a really important point - attracting a new, non-redditing audience. Great app.
@hueypriest I have a hunch but why did you decide to make this AMA-specific app rather build the full reddit experience for mobile?
@rrhoover there are already a lot of really good third party apps for normal reddit use. Seemed like a need we could fill.
@rrhoover perhaps because Alien Blue already fulfills that need fairly well? I recall @alexisohanian saying in some reddit thread how they liked that members of the community waere building Reddit's mobile app, and wanted to keep it that way (might be wrong)
I'm so glad that Reddit made an app finally (regardless of whether it was targeted towards a specific subreddit). The app is beautiful, but functionally it felt fairly confusing.
Great way to create an official reddit app, without taking head on some of the popular third-party reddit apps. Looks beautiful.
@rrhover is Victoria in PH? I think a lot of Phunters would like to ask questions on her. Too bad reddit closed iAMA.
