How I use it: My day is jam packed with meetings and pitches. Refresh is the best tool I have for before, during, or after a meeting. I use it before to get caught up on history, common interests, etc. I use it during to compare networks and see 3 people we both know in common to both follow up for references about each other (and I encourage entrepreneurs to do references on me to ensure proper fit). I use it after to write notes and quickly connect on social media.
