Hello everyone, I'm Rishabh, a software engineer who enjoys learning languages as a hobby. Recently, I've been focusing on learning Spanish. During this process, I've discovered a pretty important truth: you can only truly master a language by speaking it. However, this can be challenging without the opportunity to travel to another country or access to a personal language tutor. Right now, I am able to read short novels and stories in Spanish but find myself tongue-tied when it comes to actual conversation.
I teamed up with a few friends who shared similar struggles and we put our heads together to develop a solution — a software that could facilitate real language practice. Utilizing AI and natural voice technologies, our app provides a virtual conversation partner, mimicking real-life interactions in various languages. This project, born from personal need, soon evolved into a full-fledged app. We soon realized that our challenges were not unique, and this tool could benefit many others striving to achieve fluency in a new language. Our app isn't just about learning; it's about breaking down barriers and connecting with the world through language.
