2 Minute Habits — Productivity app helps overcome procrastination in 2 minutes
Featured

Our app was inspired by the author of best seller book “Atomic habits” James Clear and David Allen’s 2-minute rule for improving productivity, which states, “If it takes less than two minutes, then do it now.” A new habit shouldn’t feel like a challenge.

Maan your landing page is made of images. It is loading so slow. If you need a convenient landing page builder for your app, please come to my profile page.

Looks good! I wish you were clearer on your landing page... Not sure how different it is...
Aleksandr Lanin
@nguy_n_hung_tu_n1 hi Alan! Please let me know what you mean. Different from what?
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@aleksandr_lanin Hey, I mean how different it is from other habit tracker?
Aleksandr Lanin
@nguy_n_hung_tu_n1 it's based on a 2 Minute Rule. It states "When you start a new habit, it should take less than two minutes to do. This is a powerful strategy because once you’ve started doing the right thing, it is much easier to continue doing it."

I love how uniquely beautiful the UI is. Because of that and the intriguing method behind the habits, I gave it a download!

Hi PH! I know that the Productivity theme is everywhere now. It's all about time-management. planning, productivity, etc. etc. The irony of it all is the feeling of guilt. I bet you have felt like a total loser when you failed over and over struggling to be productive. Why did I decide to create a productivity app when everyone is "a bit" fed up with this? This is actually the exact reason why...I am constantly looking for a new way to help people become mindful of their life. I want people to feel happy about themselves. Overcoming procrastination and laziness may be hard, but it doesn’t always have to be. A new habit shouldn’t feel like a challenge. That’s why we’ve created an app based on a strategy that couldn’t be easier to use - the 2-minute rule. The rule is simple: starting a new habit should never take more than two minutes to do. Instead of trying to engineer a perfect habit from the start, do the easy thing on a more consistent basis. Making a habit as easy as possible to start will lead you down a more productive path: anyone can meditate for one minute, read one page or put one item of clothing away. The 2-minute rule is effective because once you start doing the right thing, it becomes much easier to continue doing it.' Let me know whether you have tried this method or eager to give it a shot!

Love this! But what does the purpose number refer to and what is the deadline for?
Aleksandr Lanin
@craig_kennedy thank you! The app is based on a 2-Minute Rule practice. It states “When you start a new habit, it should take less than two minutes to do. This is a powerful strategy because once you’ve started doing the right thing, it is much easier to continue doing it.
