Hey everyone 👋
Pretty stoked to launch something I've been working on for the past 2 months 🎉 🎊
Introducing ReWorked!
- Detailed ranking & analysis of companies across 38 parameters
- All in a simple, intuitive & fresh interface
Why did I build ReWorked?
I know how researching companies when you're job hunting is an absolute PAIN. More so when you're looking for remote jobs.
It takes so much time & energy and yet you you're never sure if it's a great remote company to work for.
So I built a framework/paradigm to analyse companies so that you can compare them on a comprehensive Remote Index. I've analysed 51 companies over 38 parameters so far.
What is ReWorked?
We have an extensive analysis of companies across 38 parameters so that you know:
- whether a company truly hires globally
- how long & how effectively have they been working remotely
- what kind of remote perks do they offer
- what kind of remote culture do they have
- and much more!
What's next?
ReWorked is still in its early stages. We are building a job board on steroids on top of this Remote Index. So you can find remote jobs at companies you would love to work for!

@bsradcliffe This is primarily basis the data available in the public domain -- news articles, company announcements, even Glassdoor & LinkedIn. I am planning to publish a more detailed post about these parameters soon.
Also, in the next update, I plan to add a tiny icon against each piece of information to showcase the data source.
@bsradcliffe True, but I haven't actually taken inputs directly from surveys. Rather I have broken down the top-level scores into objective parameters.
For instance, great place to work is broken down into a) employee growth in last 6 months b) median tenure of employees c) # of functions with at least 5% of total employees. So all of these are just facts taken from public domain, and not opinions of employees.
On the other hand, I feel Glassdoor sometimes brings in a bias where either companies encourage employees to praise them OR employees share reviews in spite due to some bad experiences.
Having said that, I definitely want to include a component of employee reviews on the platform moving forward :)
