We built an AI chatbot for Shopify stores powered by two AIs. First is our Behavioral AI (designed to convert more traffic) and Generative AI (powered by ChatGPT). Average results so far: increase traffic conversions by 13% and sales uplift by 20% on average.

This is extremely interesting, and just as @chris Messina mentioned above. This is where I see agents go next. The level of fine-tuning and personalization we will see in the next wave of products built on top of general AI models will be a lot more complete than what we’ve seen so far. Rep shows the way here, and I’m excited to see where things will go from here.

Congratulations on the Rep AI launch, Yoav! As a fellow player in eCommerce, I'm genuinely impressed by your conversion stats. I'm curious, what strategies does the Behavioral AI employ to increase customer engagement? Keep up the great work!

@maxtpham hey Max, we'd probably have to get @shaulim in on the conversation for a more technical explanation. What I know is that the behavioral AI uses something like 500 data points to predict with amazing accuracy if a site visitor is disengaged. Once it recognizes those behaviors, it initiates the chat and that's where the conversions increase. It's designed to work on mobile so the approach is all about timing. Approach too soon, and you're an annoying popup. And too late is too late. So it's more sophisticated than a regular exit-intent popup.

This is actually quite amazing. So many companies promise the fake and over sold 10x to your sales. No one believes that. But you guys seem to be pretty straight forward. And those numbers really look great by the way. Keep it up and good luck with the launch! 😉
