Awesome work RevenueCat! Been enjoying testing this!
Definitely excited to fully switch from one of the third-party apps. I think I'll be able to fully do that with a couple more Widget options. Specifically would love a revenue today widget and a slightly larger widget with the same overview metrics as the web dashboard.
Big fan of revenuecat. My team have been using it for MuscleWiki account management.
A few things I wish they fixed/changed.
1. Charging 1% of revenue is steep - especially since apple and google take their cut. It should be on net proceeds (after taxes) not revenue.
2. They should allow other currencies outside of USD. Displaying in USD isn't ideal with a big userbase..
Those are my only real complaints. Great product that is innovating fast.
I'm using RevenueCat in every company and project I get involved. App seems nice, but it would be way better if you add support for multiple accounts, PLEASE!
Congrats on launch!
@momeks Yep. Loads of things to still build and improve. Internally, I'm lobbying to add a 'notification sound effect pack' that'll give a 'meow!' whenever a new sale happens
Hey Product Hunt! 🎉
First of all, thanks for hunting us @andrewleereal! Really appreciate your support and enthusiasm for RC ❤️
We’re incredibly excited to launch the official RevenueCat iOS app, and we think you’ll love it as much as we do! Whether you’re tracking renewals, watching a live feed of transactions, or getting real-time notifications when a purchase comes through, this app makes it all easy and accessible, right from your pocket. 📲
Built with the help of @mb and the rest of the Lickability team (shoutout for the amazing collab! 🙌), this app is designed for all of you who want to stay on top of your subscription business wherever you are. It’s free to use, works with any RevenueCat account, and it’s just the start—we have plenty more features in the works!
We'd love to hear your feedback, feature requests, and any ideas you might have. Don’t forget to vote, leave a comment, and rate us on the App Store if you like what you see. Let’s make subscription management easier together! 🚀
Thanks for checking it out, and we're around to answer any questions you have! 💬
@serhii_baraniuk1 We took our time to make sure we launched it right, and still a lot of cool ideas to implement. Would love to hear your thoughts when you've had some time to play around with it!
I've been using the app for the past two days and absolutely love the native experience! Simply amazing. I enabled notifications, and it’s so motivating to get sales alerts. The only thing missing is a daily revenue feature. It would be fantastic to have that, especially in the widgets – imagine having one on the home screen showing today’s earnings, like 'Wow, I made $100 today!' 😍
Congratulations on the launch!
At !asodev, we also use RevenueCat, and it has made tracking the number of trials and subscribers so much easier! It may not be your top priority right now, but I recommend doing at least some basic ASO for your app. For example, by filling out cross-localization for 10 locales in the US, you can increase the number of keywords you’re found for by nearly 10 times! Check out aso.dev and the articles on our website, or simply hire an ASO specialist. Again, congratulations on the launch!
P.S. I messaged you on Twitter regarding the iOS subscription price editor, but it seems you haven’t seen it yet
Finally, an official app! I am very happy that my most private data is not flowing around the internet via shady 3rd part parties anymore! It's also awesome that you introduced widgets in the initial launch - I am already hooked on checking it every second :).
Great job RevenueCat. I am looking forward to the new features. It would be splendid to get responsive charts in the app!
@mpastewski Loads of stuff to improve, but very glad we shipped with widgets. I built myself a mini-dashboard out of all of them with Dipsea's performance data
@yassine_bennkhay Heard! We want to do a bit of work on the iOS app first (some cool additional features we have in mind), but then we'll definitely look into an Android version
