This tackles a big pain point for a lot of founders who can definitely use some help dealing with outbound work of research, build pipeline, manage CRM, do the outreach,etc. I like how all of these use cases are covered by Emma. And it makes sense to add an inbound tool as well.
In the past, I've seen LLM's ability to surface good results for research really depends on what knowledge it has access to - I'm curious what's the plan for connecting Emma to more data points out there?

@tonyhanded - Glad you are able to appreciate the product and we also believe that it is compatible to founders as well. Since Emma is trained to do all the stuff which a human SDR is trained to do.
Emma also scrapes lot of data/signals to get the relevant info from internet within minutes for each of your lead
Congrats on the launch! Revrag has done a really comprehensive job! For sales teams, automating the sales workflow process can indeed enhance efficiency. I am curious whether the 800M user data complies with GDPR?
@zenda1122 It's a great question, we are not yet GDPR complaint & we will soon checking every box for complaince.
All the platform mostly have 800M people profile & only 300M people profiles are usable as they are the once that can be tagged to any companies / accounts data.
So majorly, I would say the universe of B2B selling is 300M people profiles.

We're doing a lot of outbound in our company, but as we struggled to scale personalization outreach, we have yet to show any results. Emma is something I'd tell my colleagues to look into. Great products from what I can see. Two things that need to be improved.
1. move the "Backed by" section down! Unless you have done the research and know it works, it kills the flow. I am here to learn about the product and who uses it, not who owns it. Move the Testimonial higher because that's your selling point.
2. The video is an ad, I don't want to see an Ad, I am already here. It would be great to see someone use it and show how it works, like a demo.

@mayan_genstaq - Our native algos understand your replies very well. Emma can segregate the replies in very distinctive buckets basis of the use case. Also, on high volume of replies, she tries to prioritize the same.

@kyrylosilin hey Kyrylo, we use data from multiple vendors. On top of that to make the leads more qualified, we use types of intent data. We have trained our model to not use old data, so that the users get the latest lead data.
Regarding the outreach, we have trained the model using various templates from different areas to make sure they look as natural as possible. Thanks for the questions! Hope we answered them!

We have very strong hold on getting the latest signals from the sources and internet. Each signal gets map to the opportunity of the lead and basis on the lead value prop , Emma forms the email. Every email is formed by Emma is unique in nature. Uniqueness of the email is powered by the capability of Emma to select the right signal for the lead.
