Congrats on the launch! I am a little curious as to what exactly we will be recording? Is it recording movement (Caching / database information) or recording the screen. I just poked around and it looks really neat but I was hoping that could be explained in greater detail for newer or prospective users!
@dzaitzow Hi, Web Recorder records your web page actions like click, scroll, type text and converts them into a subflow in a bigger automation flow in our Robomotion Flow Designer. Web Recorder is just a tool that helps you to create web automations faster with Robomotion RPA. It was already possible but now with the recorder it is faster and easier.
Robomotion is much more than just web automation. You can also automate desktop applications, automate APIs, create APIs, process Excel, integrate with AI tools and many more. RPA - Robotic Process Automation is for automating repetitive tasks in your daily life and business. The automations are executed on software agents - so called robots - either running on your computer or in the cloud.

how do you manage login ? Does the recorded flow able to login using credentials ? In that case are the credentials encrypted?

Hi, just a note of congratulations for the Robomotion web recorder. In case anyone doesn't know, the Robomotion team is extremely dedicated to their product, which is already very professional (i.e. powerful PLUS reliable. We all need this). The web recorder just makes accessing this power (and reliability!) so much more easy and quick.
I do expect further improvements to the web recorder and Robomotion in general, based on users' feedback. But these will all happen. Why? Because the Romobotion team is one of the most responsive teams I have come across (have I said this already!) in my 40yrs of working life. Their discord channel says it all.

Robomotion team, congratulations on the launch! It's really cool that Robotics can automate tasks across different platforms! Finally, there is no need to switch between the platforms and repeat the same actions all the time. The tool is indeed a great time-saver!
I have one question. I noticed in a product video that it's also possible to work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Is there any chance of being blocked by LinkedIn for using Robotics? As far as I know, the platform doesn't tolerate any kind of automated bots.
Hi @mary_rumyantzeva! Scraping LinkedIn can lead to your account being blocked or banned due to LinkedIn's strict policies. It's crucial to tread carefully, respect their Terms of Service, and avoid intrusive scraping. This was just a popular use case. You can automate many web-based repetitive tasks with Robomotion - like login to a portal, query something, download an excel file, read the excel and enter that one by one into another system's Form and submit. Or login to your SemRush account, search for some keywords, sort by difficulty get top 10, use our OpenAI integration to create content, use our Leonardo.Ai or Plugger.ai integrations to create images and then use our Wordpress integration to upload a new blog post. RPA use-cases are endless.

It’s clear that a lot of thought and hard work has gone into this product. The features seem to strike the perfect balance between usability and functionality. I think the no-coding-required aspect will appeal to a wide audience.
I'm curious, though, will there be tutorial support for those who are completely new to this?
@parul0_0 I don't speak for the team, but as a user of the tool. You really don't have to do anything other than press Start Recording and do what you want to do on the website. After clicking Finish, the recorder will create the corresponding workflow as a so-called subflow in the project you have open. That's it :) Super simple, super efficient.
As for the support.
The Robomotion team is mega dedicated and works super close to the user in all aspects (personal experience after one year of Robomotion). Absolute thumbs up. The best and fastest way to get support is via the Discord server. There you also have a large, active community :)

Wow, Robomotion looks awesome! Works smooth, can see that it can be a real deal, especially if you're working with much data. Maybe 5-10 years ago such a thing would look like something from a sci-fi. I'm trully fascinated.
Robomotion is THE tool!
It is by far the best tool I've gotten my hands on in my professional career so far. It is also the tool that has allowed me to jump to a whole new level in terms of possibilities, efficiency and automation. Possibilities that would have been unattainable for me before. The system makes getting started with RPA as easy as it can be, without being restrictive in the possibilities. It already replaces some freelancers and permanent employees at my company.
The new web recorder is the cherry on top.
Although in its first version, the Webrecorder is already so smooth and efficient to use that I just love working with it. This is the best web recorder I have ever tried. And it's so easy to use! There are some really awesome features to follow, too!
This is the tool you really need, you just don't know it yet.
