Hey PH 👋, I’m Ahmed, the founder of Rupt. In my previous companies, we always had a lingering feeling there’s a lot of account sharing going on but never had the time to build a proper solution. We tried some steps, like 2FA and session limiting, but that made the user experience difficult. All the solutions that exist today lack depth; real insights require a lot of development to get them working. So, we built Rupt, an all-in-one platform to detect account sharing and turn it into an engine for growth. The average customer sees a 10% revenue increase and some up to 20%. 💰 Here’s how it works: 1. Detect the accounts being shared and how many people share them using ML, device fingerprinting, and behavior patterns. 🕵️‍♂️ 2. Once a sharer is detected, present a “challenge” asking them to verify their account ownership, create their own account, or remote-logout the excessive devices. 🔄 3. Track those who create accounts to measure ROI. 📈 The most important thing is only to target sharers (otherwise, it would fail); if done successfully, the results are incredible! congrats on the launch. the focus on converting account sharers into paying customers is intriguing. how does rupt ensure that the "challenge" to verify account ownership maintains a positive user experience without being too intrusive?

@mashy Great question. There are a lot of measures to ensure this doesn't negatively affect the user experience. 1. Challenges are only issued when we are 99% confident this is an abuse case. 2. Once a user verifies ownership, they are never challenged unless someone else fully attaches their new device and is again beyond doubt abusing. 3. There is an option to "skip" verification and skip the challenge as many times as the customer configures to ease users into this. 4. Users are never "blocked" they always have an option to use the app, but are asked to log out the excessive devices.,

Fantastic product! We are actively using it since 7-8 months and frankly the results are exceeding expectations. You could clearly see if someone is trying to cheat and share credentials, there are plenty of limits for user accounts. We have an increase of signing new customers and decrease of fraud on our website. Highly recommend the tool! It deserves to be used by many more customers!
