Like Slack but has: Integrated Task Management, Ability to promote any chat messages to a Topic, so specific issues can be discussed separately.

It offers more value to us for a much lower cost than Slack.
Pros:Integrated Task Management and Ability to promote a group of Chats to a TOPIC, for discussion outside the main chat (like a sub-chat)
Cons:It probably needs more integrations
