@markus_jenul1 I think HR/Onboarding playbooks would be great. Would be very helpful for any organization, but especially with the push towards more remote work onboarding new employees is becoming even more complex.

Awesome, congratulations to the kickscale team! We are using the product already very successful, it helps is to align different teams, onboard people quicker and just to perform a lot better. i can highly recommend it, and the folks are awesome!

@slederer As a CEO of a huge company, what processes would be for you of interest to align marketing and sales teams?
@geraldzankl Alignment on trade shows is a really important process. Marketing and sales has to be super aligned for that to maximise the ROI out of events.
Furthermore, I think onboarding is a huge topic, especially in sales. The faster we can onboard people the better.
@geraldzankl Congrats! I agree with @slederer. Using kickscale for onboarding is a great idea and a excellent tool for knowledge management!

@geraldzankl from my perspective having alignment on GTM campaigns in the whole revenue organization would be huge (PMM, Marketing, Sales, BD, Solutions)! So much energy and time is wasted and opportunities are missed because of bad information flow and positioning.
This will be the must have for sales and marketing teams. Thank you for bringing these closer together!

@geraldzankl As I see Kickscale as a great opportunity to get new team members up to speed fast, I would love to hand out playbooks for our major tools (how to use them) and major processes (Product-Led-Growth approaches). Although there's a lot to read, but every company has a different approach and this individuality should be reflected somehow in the playbooks. Do you know what I mean?
@geraldzankl @kmschremser Love your input Klaus. Reading a lot when starting at a new company is necessary. We tried to reduce that effort by implementing a video function that is supported with our playbooks. Just record a quick video 😃

so I am a marketer and my favorite one's are the event management and content strategy playbooks :) basically everything that helps to build leads and pipeline.

my favourite ones are
1) onboarding of new team members as we have video included and it is so structured and helps everyone to get onboarding quickly
2) preparation for marketing campaigns, e.g. this launch, events, trade shows, ...
