As a remote team at Buffer, Slack is really our home :) It makes sense for us to get our customer health straight into our home π Thanks for adding this feature.

I like where you are going with this. The Intercom slack integration is not very useful for customer health, it's just a stream of stuff. The Salesforce bot in slack is super useful but is limited to account record information, not CS.
@GillesSamoun, really great idea, congrats. You should also check out some of the work Drift is doing. I think workflow automation on top of redshift algorithms for (changes in 'customer health scores') is a pretty compelling direction as well. We've done a fair amount of work on it if you'd ever like to chat, best of luck!
