Hey, congrats on the launch! It would be nice to include additional weather data to be able to search/sort by the best weather conditions within a particular radius :)

I live in what the tourism board (of the city) call "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". I can't attest to that, because I haven't been to every beach in the world. But I am going to check this and see what is said about my local beaches out of curiosity.
I like how jellyfish are listed under a feature instead of maybe a danger lol
The search doesn't seem to work for me, but the beaches reflect where I am when I drag the map to my location. Also where do you (or your tools) find the information in individual beach listings? I've never paid a fee to access my local beach (although there are some that are private).
Hi @runtcpip – thank you for the suggestion search – we are working on making this much more user friendly!
Fees can be common in Europe when beaches are private – fees are usually nominal – from 5-10 Euros for group entry.

@randallkaplan So it sounds like it may default to Entry Fee no matter the beach location; I'm in America and looked at our beach and we don't do that a lot, although there are places like piers that may have a fee!
No point to this if people can just make stuff up. I just looked-up the beach I overlook from my apartment and someone had given it a fake romantic name and truly unreal facts about parking and amenities.
Love the re-launch!!! Sandee has been an awesome resource for me over the last year — I actually found it through product hunt so this is a cool full circle moment. Is there a way to add sand temperature in addition to water and air temperature? Might be a niche use case, but I’ve personally found that burning-hot sand can really detract from a great beach day
@patrickg2004 Interesting point! That is valuable feedback for us – there is nothing worse than burnt / irritated feet from a beach day!
Have been waiting for a map feature for awhile. I remember planning a trip to LA and would have loved to be more informed about the different South Bay beaches and where they actually were. Hoping this is an easier fix for planning my next trip💪Great fix guys!
I love the seamless integration of the map with the rest of the site. It makes for a cohesive and enjoyable experience.

@morgane_prr Yes! River beaches are much calmer than ocean beaches and are a fantastic place for families and dogs!
This World Beach Map and Guide sounds fantastic, but for someone like me who enjoys a bit of activity on vacation, I'd love to see it include information on nearby attractions and adventures. Recommendations for snorkeling reefs, surf spots, nearby hiking trails, or local cultural experiences would make this an all-in-one travel companion for a complete beach vacation experience.

Probably I am speaking only for a very small minority. But would love some content for climber related beaches (e.g. Deep-water soloing).
