Hey Product Hunt, we're really excited to share Vienna Scribe with you all! We wanted to build the first Speech to Text tool you could really rely on. We've found that Scribe is accurate enough you don't need to proofread - which makes it a completely new kind of tool. Scribe is also totally private. We don't collect personal information of any kind. Usage is completely anonymous and all data is stored on device. We couldn't access your data even if we wanted to. Give Vienna Scribe a try! P.S. In the FAQs it says "Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store" but I can't find it in the Goggle Play Store. Is it already there and I can't find it or only iOS right now?

Other automated transcription services which haven’t kept up with state-of-the-art technology are not very useful when transcribing any audio which uses a lot of proper nouns or technical terms, which is going to be the majority of the use cases for professionals or students. Try out the app & see the difference for yourself. 🙂

@daniel_napolitano Hey Daniel, glad you are liking it! Yes, Scribe's whisper-based model is designed specifically to be an order of magnitude better at professional terms/proper nouns that other transcribers. We built it with complex professional use cases in mind
