As a practicing doctor, I have always been passionate about providing the best care to my patients. However, one aspect of my profession often left me frustrated and overwhelmed—charting. Spending hours each day meticulously documenting patient encounters and creating comprehensive medical notes took valuable time away from actual patient care. Determined to find a solution, I embarked on a journey that ultimately led me to the creation of Scribeberry—an app that has revolutionized medical charting through the power of AI. Scribeberry utilizes AI to accurately transcribe medical terminology, dictate, and create detailed notes and chart summaries automatically. By simply dictating or typing small amounts of information into the app, doctors can generate comprehensive, accurate, and professional medical documentation in a fraction of the time it would traditionally take. Once Scribeberry became a reality, I began integrating it into my own practice. The results were astounding. What used to consume hours of my day was now accomplished in a matter of minutes. With the assistance of AI, I was able to complete my charting tasks efficiently and effectively, allowing me to redirect my focus back to my patients' well-being.

This works great! Right off the bat! The templates are a great help! I can see how this can save a lot of time! Is there a way to submit more templates? So I can customize it more to my area of expertise?

@wisam_amid Awesome! Glad to hear. There is a way to talk back to the AI right now - that way you can customize inputs based on what you want. For example if you generate a SOAP note, you can now ask the AI to use that SOAP note to generate a consult letter (or any output of your choice). We will look to add further customization as we move forward
