Hello Product Hunt Happy November! I would love to introduce myself as well as a product I am so excited to release to y’all today! TL;DR version 👋I’m Dave and I launched this softly by rolling it out to my network in October 💻All companies/jobs are manually backfilled by me ( No feeds/external apply just yet) 🏙Currently 70 Startup Companies and 113 Startup jobs listed 📧I hand-deliver all applicants for the backfilled jobs (for now) 📰I posted a TON of Blog posts, jobs, etc. for content 💼We have had 4 Jobseeker users /applicants so far ( Update: 8 now as of Monday!) ✍I would love your feedback about the current state, and what would be amazing to see in the future ✋If you see your jobs/Company profile built ping me and I would happily transfer to you and your team! 🌎 Us-based startups and jobs - should I just go global? So I will begin my story, my name is Dave and I have 8+ years of Sales experience in the job board space. In October I recently looked back on how I found my roles and the evolution of what I wanted to do for "work". At that time Built In was the big place to find those startup roles. Then once I got bored of free lunches and ping pong, building wealth while building something mattered most. So, AngelList and relationship building was the next phase. Getting a piece of what you're building or being on that very first to fourth seat on the rocket ship was the goal. I looked at these places as an experienced startup employee, and leader and realized, "these places aren't what they were." That is how Search Startup Jobs began, that one thought. My vision, is to be the one place a hungry startup job seeker, with no experience all the way up to an aspiring Co-Founder who can search Startup companies and Startup jobs, of all kinds. 2 person shop, and be totally bootstrapped? Great, post your jobs with us. A seasoned, former garage startup that is now a Unicorn? Also great, post your jobs with us! My main goal and long-term vision are to become One site with All Startup jobs from Bootstrapped🚀💰 to Unicorns🦄 . And, the main way I will be able to make this happen is with your feedback about this project, and anything to help direct the future of this amazing journey. I intend to serve employers who are early-stage, scrappy, and in some cases received funding. For jobseekers, I want to serve those individuals looking for that next role like I did 8+ years ago in my journey. I want to make this into something that will impact both startup companies and individuals looking for their first step into the startup world, or aspiring Co-Founder seeking that next Level. With Job board experience, I knew backfilling with Indeed, and the usual suspects would be easy street. But I would not get what I wanted, all startup jobs. So, I did what any aspiring entrepreneur and even the good ones do and began manually curating a list of Companies and jobs and every day adding 1-5 Companies and 1-5 jobs per company. The vision after Product Hunt Launch day, and farther into the future will be to integrate with Applicant tracking systems startups use to drive jobseekers to their jobs. But, I knew I didn't want to spam startups by taking an email address and delivering applicants to an email unaware of what we are doing. So, the choice was simple to me, I personally will have EVERY single applicant delivered to my email. From there I will hand deliver these applicants explaining how their jobs were on my site, who the applicant is, and letting them know it's your seeker - and this profile page and jobs account is yours if/when you want it. For right now, everything is manually added by myself, so If you see your jobs/ Company listed, ping me and I will gladly transfer to you/create a user login. But I add handfuls of each a day again manually and we have 70 Startups and 113 Startup Jobs listed. My goal is to get job seekers, so nothing is paid right now from the Employers, but in the future, as we grow we will have Employers pay to sponsor their job(s) and Company profile on 30-day slots. If you don’t see your jobs here right now and you run a startup or hiring/recruiting also ping me and I will happily create your Jobs/Profile and user login and give you 60 days of exposure for free! For right now, I have just US-based Startups Listed, so additional feedback would be do you think/should I just make this a Global Startup site ( it’s an easy addition)? Great job on launching Search Startup Jobs! This will be a very helpful tool for people looking for jobs at startups.

As some may have seen in other posts before Launch day we were averaging 1 applicant a week to the jobs on the site, and as of yesterday were on pace to do 3 applicants a DAY! 2 days straight of 2-3 apps for awesome startups... I will posting a 48hr update that dives into the ups and downs my emotions yesterday lol as well as the before and after..almost like a weightloss right? what we were doing up to Launch day and 48hrs whats the new normal? thank you all again for engaging and following me/us on this journey. I am just a non-tech founder sales guy making his way through the world telling his story to anyone that'll listen

Before I became a founder I was in large tech and startups. After seeing the difference I know I will never go back to working in a large organization and will only do startups. Kudos for this and excited for your journey!

I think this has a lot of potential! Many people prefer to work at startups for various reasons (such as the ability to make a bigger impact), and this might help them find the perfect offers. Congrats on the launch, David!

If I can help just one person find that next step in their career into or moving up at a startup that is what drives me to work on this project.
