Can't believe modern VCs would subject entrepreneurs to lawyers when Seedlegals exists. Can get around a screen, tweak the terms and you're done. All the docs you possibly need.

Potential game changer for UK startups. It costs at least 2x the amount when doing friends and family investment docs at the moment 💸

They actually identified and corrected previous errors made by a legal firm

Ease of use, accuracy, great support, cheaper than a lawyer!

Cons:

Will be amazing as they build out support beyond seed round

Awesome product :) Liked the simplicity. All I have to do now is find relatives who are willing to invest. I hope someone makes an app for that too :P

Lovely product but wrong pricing if you plan to use a solicitor

A friend used this for their seed round, but I found that he still needed to understand some basics. Still: really useful.

Cons:

Still requires understanding of the terms involved in the negotation and some accountancy basics.

Is this just for the UK and, if so, when can us colonials use it in Canada?! :)
