Hey, Vill! I definitely see this space continuing to grow and wishing you & the team the utmost success with Chikka! Given its a fairly competitive market, I'd love to learn more about how you are differentiating Chikka from others offering similar services. The reports, graphs and ability to interact with the resulting data in a natural way seem like ways to really set you apart, but you can't really drill into that on the website, so far as I can tell.
Also, just a bit of constructive product feedback: the response latency in the samples you provided can cause a bit of a break from the "natural conversation" feel you're going for. Probably not a deal-breaker for many clients, but something I might take into consideration if I were shopping for these services. I wonder if there are techniques you could use to inexpensively fill the "blank space" while you're processing a response. Like injecting a random item a pre-recorded set of 10 or 15 gap-fillers, like "Okay, got it...", or "Thanks for that..." or something before the response kicks in. Just a thought. :)
I was also curious: Is the agent able to ask non-scripted clarifying questions, or follow-ups that redirect the consumer to the core question if they veer off path?
Overall, I think this is a great way to conduct surveys. I suspect companies would get a much higher response rate versus a written survey, and would receive more detailed responses on average than customers taking the time to write things out.
Hope you guys crush your launch!!

@dan_difr that's very constructive feedback, we are removing those "air gap time" between questions in the samples first, it's actually better off now for the actual interview experience, but we are definitely working on improving it.
The cause of the "significant gap" is because we have multiple AI agents working together to control the time, the cue and the overall flow of the conversation. But I agree with you that we need to work out a better balance between the "tech" and the "experience".
In terms of your curiosity, all the questions are none scripted and our voice agent do follow ups in a natural ways too. So yup, different people would have totally different interview experience and questions too.
super grateful for your reply! Let's connect and will keep you posted!
Hey Framer
Hey Viil,
Love this. Can I just share some thoughts on the visuals and copy though? Want it to look the best and it is lacking on the visuals a bit if I'm being honest. Your product is awesome, but the visuals are def letting it down a little :(
Love how you've personified your AI as 'Ava' – giving your voice agent a personality creates an immediate connection with potential users :)
The value proposition is crystal clear from the headline, but you could make the specific benefits even more tangible (e.g., "Get insights that increase conversion by X%" or "Save Y hours per interview")
Your use cases (gather feedback, hear employee voices, etc.) are well-organised, though adding a brief success metric to each would make them more compelling
The imagery shows diverse users in natural settings, which works well, but the overall colour palette could use more contrast to highlight your CTAs
Consider adding a small social proof section with logos or a testimonial quote above the fold – would strengthen credibility immediately
The hero section feels a bit cluttered right now – simplifying it with more focused imagery and fewer colour overlays would make your message pop much more effectively
The current colour palette doesn't quite match the sophistication of your tech – introducing a more cohesive, contemporary scheme would elevate the entire experience
Those use case icons are functional but miss an opportunity to showcase your brand personality – custom illustrations would make a huge difference here
The layout feels somewhat generic for such an innovative product – restructuring with more intentional visual hierarchy would guide users better through your value story
Happy to jump on a call if you'd like to discuss how I could help out with the visuals and messaging to increase conversions?
Cheers, Marc
