@gopesh_verma Thank you for your question! The main usage is for customer support and important updates. A user must contact you first before you can send them any information. And in most cases you cannot really send them promotions.

I'm the founder of Movylo (www.movylo.com), a kind of digital marketing office for SMBs. the whatsapp API are for medium and big businesses, so if you run a small one you can't use them. Is your system instead helping SMBs too? If yes..we could evaluate if and how to intergate it within Movylo

@movylo Thank you for your question! There is no WhatsApp connection fee and there is no monthly fee - this is quite good for a small business. Connection is as simple as possible, the only condition for the full use of WhatsApp chatbots is to confirm the business in the Facebook Business Manager. The size of the business doesn't matter. Everyone can add chatbots to their marketing strategy) And you can try it too)

@movylo Hello Stefano, It's true that small businesses cannot connect to WhatsAp API directly, but they can use Business Service Providers like SendPulse. We provide both a visual way to create chatbots and API for more tech-savvy businesses.
