This is amazing and has so many use cases! Not only would we use this to request visual examples from customers of issues they encounter, but also while people use our live chat feature in our product, they could mention an issue/question on our website and we send them a link instantly without the privacy concern of taking over their screen live! Great addition to your product suite, Bethany and the entire team!
