Also, I can't find any mention of SendX in Zapier despite the logo appearing on your site.
@stinhambo Hey Steven .. our Zapier app is waiting for global release by Zapier team. I have already sent you invite. Also we have a drop in JS which can work on any website like WebFlow, Wix, Magento, Shopify etc. All SendX widgets and forms can hence appear on these websites and you can automate drip emails and automation post that.
@stinhambo Hey Steven totally missed your comment ... we will have a look at WebFlow integration. SendX has a drop in Javascript SDK which works with WebFlow, Wix, Magento etc. Infact that's how @omnify ( which is made using Webflow ) @manik_me @kabandisaikia are using SendX
We have been using SendX at Omnify for quite some time now. All our outbound drip campaigns go through SendX. Really like the flexibility they offer. We've recently started using Web Optin Forms and excited to try their Segment based automation.

I've been using SendX for about 6 months now. Can't speak highly enough about it. I was looking for an alternative to MailChimp - it's easier to use, and with more features.
I think most impressively, the support has been excellent. Never waited more than 30 mins for a response, and I've seen a constant stream of quality features added.

This is Chetan, I am one of the co-founders of a company called Sportzify, which is a B2C service company in Bangalore, India around Sports & Fitness Activities.
We were using Mailchimp for my email marketing, which essentially consisted of just email blasts to the email lists, that we had built over time, consisting of converted customers. We moved to SendX on a friend's recommendation.
Here are the advantages of SendX.
1. Somehow our email open rate increased after using SendX. It increased to about 25% from about 5% on Mailchimp.
2. The option to link with my AWS account on SendX lowered the cost of sending emails for us. We were paying $50 for our emails without linking on SendX, and now after linking, its about $12 per month. Good enough savings for a growing company like us.
3. You get to have several growth hacking widgets out of the box like Pop-ups and Landing Pages at no extra cost, which do help in your first level of conversions to capture user interests. I am roughly adding about 100 customers per month to my database now which would have gone unattended otherwise (1% of my website hits per month).
4. Emails Automation and Drips are something that I am setting up now for my corporate clients to regularly keep in touch with them and stay up in their memory to use my services. Again this is a service that comes at no added cost and is something very interactive for the customers.
I would recommend anyone, who starts off with a new product or service, to use SendX with its free plan which is much better as compared to any other service in the market of similar nature. It will save you a lot of money, along with tonnes of features to keep interacting with your customers.

Drift is largely focused as a chat based engagement platform and SendX is focused more on the email side of engagement and conversion. So, if you want a powerful email marketing tool, then SendX would be a right fit.
That said, it is also possible that your business might need something like Drift of in-app chat engagement + an email marketing automation tool like SendX for nurturing your users over email.

@mayank25may It does. I was wondering if any of your widgets are bot or chat style widgets that could progress their conversation into an email automation because I would definitely be interested in using something with that capability.
