Also, to game up your sessions, we've also made other significant updates, including: 🎨 In-session branding: We added custom backgrounds, allowing users to personalize their live sessions with unique visuals that reflect their brand identity. 📅 Enhanced event organization: We made event landing page improvements, optimized the mobile user interface, and provided more options for customizing speaker orders and registration forms. Hosts can invite participants directly from the event's setup page and easily create or edit agendas. 📈 Improved analytics and insights: We introduced advanced session and event analytics, enabling hosts and co-hosts to access detailed information on participant engagement and content consumption, helping them optimize future events. 💬 Seamless communication and collaboration: We improved chat functionality with message deletion, direct file uploads in chat, and question redirection to a dedicated Questions feature. 🔒 Greater control for hosts and co-hosts: We added the ability for moderators to restrict certain advanced and access settings only to speakers and hosts and provided hosts and assistants with the option to stop a participant's screen share when necessary. ⏰ More flexibility in scheduling: We redesigned the 'Book me' feature to include multiple windows of availability per day, allowing users to customize their schedules better and meet with participants more conveniently. 📎 Expanded file format support: We now support various file types, including Documents (.doc, .docx, .odt), Spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx, .ods), Numbers (.numbers), and Pages (.pages), making it easier for users to share and collaborate on a wider range of resources during sessions. Copilot is already changing the way we host meetings and webinars. I’m an avid user of the agenda and frankly, it used to take a couple of minutes to set it up. Now, it’s a matter of seconds and the AI even brings new ideas to the table. It’s freakin’ incredible. Also, AI combined with everything that Sessions already had built in makes for an incredibly powerful productivity tool to supercharge all our meetings, demos, workshops & webinars.

I tried the product demo feature to see how we might demo our product to clients using Sessions and after logging in I noticed I got the question if I want to save the password in the embedded Chrome Browser which from what I figured it is not running on my computer and also it is not connected to my account. Where would the passwords be saved if I were to click "save password"? Do you have some reading materials on the topic for me to better understand this?

I already used the Copilot for a few times and it makes a hell of a great job! And it's even more impressive as it does a great job even in Romanian. Discovered Sessions during their first ph launch and I'm glad i got in early. Sometimes people are surprised to see something other than teams/zoom/meet when they book time with me but with every release i have less and less reasons to go back. Hope you keep it up!

Hey, just trying out Sessions. Can I share my screen? I noticed you can do demos and stuff by sharing a link or website, but what if I need to show something that is on my desktop or if the demo requires a high switching rate between Browser tabs (noticed you cannot have tabs)?

Copilot will definitely change the way we've been working/managing the meeting sessions. Sessions was already an amazing product (everyone on calls would be like "whoa, audio is so much better, what kinda software is this?") and now there's so much more, without having to spend as much time as it used to be for follow ups and what not. Love it.

Congrats the Sessions on your update & launch! The Copilot feature is a game-changer, automating tedious tasks and allowing us to focus on building meaningful connections with our customers. Personally, I prefer the real-time Google Docs collaboration with customers, as opposed to utilizing GSuite (which is primarily designed for internal usage within an organization and does not function optimally with external users). Keep up the fantastic work! 👍
