We automate sending information about the progress of SAC/Helpdesk requests to clients, considering the special needs of visually impaired clients, sending for they them an audio message, and of the others, text messages.
Introducing Comunica Voice, an automated call tracking and tracking platform for SAC / Helpdesk. In this first release, the operator records troubleshooting requests at the customer's request, which need not contact SAC directly to inquire about the progress of an open request. To this end, our system enables SMS messages to be sent during the opening, running and closing phases of customer requests. Even for the visually impaired, through Total Voice's flexible API, we enable text-based messaging, making it a 100% accessible platform for special consumers.
