Jumping into the creator CRM/SaaS space is no small endeavor, and in order to compete with the big dogs (Grin, CreatorIQ, etc) they've got to absolutely nail the product and UX it in order for this to be successful. While I commend Shopify for their inclination to do so, the few reviews on the Shopify app store aren't too positive right now, so I'm going to hold off. Either way cool to see the space growing!
