Awesome update. I must say I'm quite jealous of US-based people, would love to have this in Europe. Do you plan to launch in France/UK/and so on in the near future?
@troblous of course! All about focus and not taking on too much. This is a very hard business to operate. Want to make sure we have nailed it in the US first before expansion Global but we will get there.
@kevingibbon How common are reoccurring shipping recipients at Shyp? I mostly use Shyp to send out stuff I've sold on Amazon and Ebay, but guessing that might not be the most common usecase for you guys.
@jeress actually very common. But I do see in the future that you could potentially send to a username even via a platform like ebay/etsy. Marketplace selling is our fastest growing use case. Gifting still remains very strong. Especially during the holidays which are coming up :)
@kevingibbon ooo, interesting. I'm sure those partnerships take a while to hammer out but I agree that I'd love to not have to double-check that I entered the buyers address from Amazon Marketplace 10x before submitting to Shyp.
Congrats @kevingibbon!! This is fantastic. Recently heard you and @hunterwalk on a podcast while on a run. Really fantastic hearing about how you broke into the industry and great to see how far you and Shyp have come!!
I like the no-nonsense UI and design. @kevingibbon You wouldn't happen to be working with spoil.io would you? Mass gift-giving + seamless delivery seems awesome to me.
@kevingibbon I love what you guys are doing with Shyp. The first version was awesome and useful. This second version, wow. This really has the potential to completely change shipping.
Nikunj, Matthew, Bryan and the Customer Support team have made me fall in love with Shyp. Not only did they save me from hiring a part-time shipper (currently sending out almost 100 packages a week) but within the first month of using it, their Customer Support team got in touch letting me know that they had refunded me 50 cents because they had over charged me on one shipment. Seriously, 50 cents...many start-ups claim to have good customer service but these guys actually deliver!
