@nikola_babic Hi Nikola! We support pretty much every country except those under U.S. sanctions. Local payments means that your workers can get a local bank transfer instead of an international one (we can circumvert the expensive SWIFT network). This means they can get their earnings deposited in less than 24hs, with low fees and great exchange rates.

We know Deel quite well and there is a lot of waste in the payment stack. We're focused on staying lean, relying on more modern financial infrastructure as our backbone AND giving as many contractors as possible access to this system.

Is it for US based companies only, or businesses from other countries could also use it to hire workers abroad?
If I understand correctly, you also ensure legal compliance in the worker's country of residence, like handling taxes and social insurance? In Poland those are an employers obligations, and company registered abroad have to either deal with our tax and insurance institutions directly, most of the cases hiring local accountants, or cede it to employee, who then have to use accountants help and pay full costs of employment. Because of that many people are forced to register as sole proprietorship and work on B2B contracts, which don't provide such legal protection and benefits as employment, while increasing costs, depending on salary and related tax bracket.

Congrats on the launch. Do the contractors have the ability to use the funds in their country in their local currency, or will they have to figure out how to move it from a US bank account. I think depositing to their foreign account would be ideal, but not sure if there would be challenges with that.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm based in Argentina, and like many of us here working remotely, I've had my fair share of struggles with getting paid. Over the years, I've worked with various international employers, but receiving my salary has often been complicated. It's been challenging on both sides - companies struggle with Argentina's complex regulations and local nuances, while I deal with our unstable currency and terrible dollar exchange rates.
Stablecoins became my best option for payments, but most payroll platforms aren't set up to handle them easily. When we started building this, incorporating crypto was my main priority, and we made it happen!
