SimCam 1S is a new AI home camera with facial recognition, person detection, car detection and pet detection. Powered by the latest Ambarella CV25 10nm Soc, the local AI processing boasts lightning-fast speed without subscription and privacy breach.
No Apple HomeKit support? This otherwise sounds like most of the benefits that HomeKit Secure Video is offering to third party manufacturers – local processing & encryption
I purchased the first SimCam on kickstarter... a real POS. Tons of users did not receive their camera... the image quality is horrible, the tracking and AI is horrible, the App crashes often and is buggy. I've had 3 "smart" cameras so far and by far the one I got from them is the worst one. The company is in china and provides no customer support. Once users started complaining on kickstarter about all the issues they were having, they stopped responding, opened their own forum where they would filter out all the negative comments.

@simcam myself, and based on the comments, many people emailed your support and never got any help. Then that was that fiasco user forum you created on your own site, where messages were not posted. And then you went on to release 2 new products while the first one was still broken... and you wonder why people are upset.
