Introducing the Simplest Medication Log! I recently had occasion to start a new medication and needed to keep track of how it made me feel so my doctor and I could find the right dosage for me. Most of the medication logs I tried were too complicated, took too long to make an entry, or required that I keep something on my person that I normally don't, like a pen and paper. All that just meant that I wouldn't keep the log and it would take longer to find the right dosage, so instead I built a Notion database I could use focused on "enough" detail to be useful but "just enough" that made it fast to take a new entry! It's been simple to keep up with so I wanted to release it for anyone else to use if they needed something like this. The key features are its simplicity, that the logs are taken on the device you already have on you in an app you probably already use, and the 3 different views: timeline, log, and table. The Timeline view allows you to quickly identify trends with your dosage. The Log view is excellent to export to a PDF to share with your doctor, or you can directly share the access to that part of your Notion if your doctor is tech-savvy enough to follow. And the Table view is a fast way to edit all of your previous entries if you need to make changes. The Gumroad page has a thorough description of how to install and use it. It's $10 for access to the template through Gumroad. I hope some people find it useful! Happy to take feedback or answer any questions.
