Hey there Product Hunt! We’re thrilled to introduce you to Sip, a Chrome extension that helps you learn startup lingos. Tired of looking up “Top 100 startup terms every entrepreneur should know” before every investor meeting, or overwhelmed when talking to your founder friends? With Sip, gradually build up your glossary every time you open a new tab. One “sip” at a time. Every term card comes with a randomly populated word, its definition in layman’s terms, and a small case study/example to demonstrate. interesting approach, but why not a dictionary app tho? and have you guys considered having a recap section of all the cards that users come across in one day or sth similar to that??

@ttn97 Hey Thao! Thanks for checking us out :) We noticed that new startup founders want a fast way to learn these terms. Another insight we learned through research is that a person can easily remember something if they get exposed to that thing on a frequent basis. An extension could give them the power to do so, unlike a dictionary app where they process takes longer. Recap section is definitely something on the roadmap!

Nice idea and interface. This can possibly be extended to other domains (medicine, engineering, business, etc.). Can you guys create something like a turn-off button? Or make a smaller version of it, like a "sticker" on one side of the web page so that users can still do other things?
