Interesting idea! I liked how you used the dashboard in the developer profile. But I didn't understand how the developer responded. Do they also see some kind of showcase of employers, or do they just agree to incoming messages? Good luck with the product!

@makers @asby Thanks a lot! We have several steps before start working with talent. - HR interview with our talent acquisition manager to check soft skills - Peer-to-peer interview with technical leader according to a stack of technology and sometimes a technical task, but it's optional
